im new to bearings and not an expert. how i can find bearing alternatives in other bearing manufacturers?
for example alternative for SKF 22340 in other brands like NTN, Koyo and ...

Working on my own, I take the full bearing code. I figure out what each suffix/prefix means based on the manufacturer's technical data. Then I look for the equivalent features in the alternate manufacturer's technical data.

You need to know the suffix of the bearing, the model number.
Of course you can try to understand the history of their development.
If the requirements are not particularly good, you can choose Chinese bearings
