Hello together,

I need some support.

I need a formula set for the volumetric, mechanical and overall efficiency and power calculations for a Rotary Vane Air Pump, which has 4 vanes and a circular cam ring / circular rotor, located eccentritically.

One other question, how should I select a dc-motor for such a pump, i mean mathematical calculations for load-source balancing, how could this be done ?

Ask the vendor.

I don't think you can calculate these things, it is a case of measuring actual air pumps (usually called compressors or blowers).
