Can one tank be used for gasoline, MTBE, methanol, ethanol and pygas

I have request from client:

There is an external floating roof , 30 m dia. this is to be used for gasoline/MTBE.

Now client says can this be used for methanol, ethanol and pygas at same time.

As per my understanding for methanol,ethanol and pygas you have to use internal floating roof with fixed roof. what other things are, i need to look. Can one tank be used for all these services and can C.S be used or S.S need to be consided for pygas???
