Can anyone provide an example of analysing a failure data set containing right censored data and to fit a distribution
I have used Reliasofts great Weibull++ software for this previously, BUT want to do one simple example in MS Exce;
Data has 10 datapoints. 5 off at 5000hrs survived, 2 failed at 2000hrs, 1 at 3000, 1 at 4000 and 1 at 5000 hrs
