Spacemouse and Citrix

We have not been able to get our spacemouses (spacemice?) going since our parent company made us switch to Citrix virtualized environment

Has anyone else run into this issue?

I have a feeling that the CAD server into which we Citrix in is the one that needs the spacemouse software installed, but not sure if the IT guys will agree to this.

Is there a workaround that we can get going on our side instead of having to get stuff on the server side?

finally got it going by installing the spacemouse software on both my PC and the baremetal side

BUT ITS SOOOOO LAGGY

I dont recommend it

Call 3DConnexion support. They were very helpful over the phone when I had some problems a couple years ago.
