Hi,

I'm unclear of how the actual pressure vessel with U-stamp process? I mean I know that the design will be reviewed and approved by ASME AI, but what are the overall scope of the AI? Does the AI only review and approved the design? or will the AI witness any fabrication process? Some says the AI will be witnessing the hydrostatic testing while some says they don't really required to witness the hydrostatic testing.

I tried looking for ASME AI work scope but couldn't find any that is helpful.
