I assume there should be codes or manuals talking specifically on wind mill structure foundations as they are subject to constant dynamic vibration.

Is there anyone who is aware of any codes, manuals,or papers?

Thanks.

Not exactly the same structure nor as dynamic but when we are tasked with solar panel array foundation design.... we usually follow LRFD with the unfactored loads provided by the structural engineer.

How would this be any different than heavy mechanical machinery? Just have to consider the primary frequency responses of the structure and the foundation.
