Air conditioner X evaporative climatizer

Air conditioner X evaporative climatizer

Air conditioner X evaporative climatizer

(OP)
Good day, people!

Someone I know is thinking about replacing the air conditioner in her store for an evaporative climatizer, and came to me asking if it was a good idea. Thing is, I didn't know and told her I was going to do some research. What are the differences between the functioning of these two systems? How can I calculate (or estimate) the power an evaporative climatizer needs to have to replace an air conditioner with X BTU (hers has 32000 BTU, I think). Anything else I should be aware of?
