Demolition cost estimate

Hi All,
can anyone advise rule of thumb cost estimate basis for a demolition of mechanical equipment, piping and foundation in refinery (US gulf cost)? I am pretty sure that there are some rough prices per kg (or ton) of demolished equipment, piping etc. but could not find anything.
