thread283-328191: Lead fume generation potential during 'soft soldering'
I am re-asking the unanswered question from the above referenced old post, does anyone have any objective evidence that lead fumes are produced during normal electrical (soft) soldering? I'm familiar with the flux fume risk (as described in the reference post above), it's the lead fume I am asking about.
This study by the US Naval Weapons Center found lead fumes are not generated during hand soldering.

Thank-you
