Customer requirement 1"Cl.2500 T-Globe BWE Sch.XXS, can we reduce valve flow bore from 19.1 to 14mm for achieving BWE ID. Is it acceptable as per ASME B16.34

IMO, the valve manufacturer should be consulted for the correct answer.
Per B16.34, the requirement of the bore diameter "d" is per Section 6.1.2, and it is corresponded to the required wall thickness "tm" per 6.1.1 and Table 3.
