Technology licenses

Several technology vendors provide licenses for process technology to remove sulfur, improve hydrogen production, etc.

How are these licenses structured? On a flat fee; based on unit capacity; on a $/bbl throughput?

Can anyone provide a copy of such a license?

It would depend on the licensor, but I've seen both fully paid up license or royalty payments based on $/BBL.

I'm sure if you talk to the vendors that you are interested in they will provide you the details.
