Hello I am trying to understand better how costing and engineering preparation is pulled together for food & beverage expansion. Can someone help me understand the process?

Or in general: As everything else from coarse calculations with large accuracy limits based on coarse (engineering) plans in steps down to details on both.

The common fault in any calculation is systematic underestimating of the final costs.
