HI

I am wanting to know why the assembly Mass Properties results are not correct when all of the parts involved are set up properly?

Because something is not set up properly - either the models or your interpretation of what the right answer should be.

To be more specific we need more specifics, like why do you think they are wrong and what in particular is wrong?

Add the mass property values to your model tree to be sure they are all correct and you can see them all in the same place.
