We're switching from Creo 2, to 3 & 4 (depending on customer requirements) and one of the more annoying changes is it appears that they eliminated the function of being able to double click on the drafting dimension to alter or add to the text. Now you have to select the text and then select "dimension text" in the ribbon.

Has anyone found a work around to make this act the way it used to?

RE: Double clicking drafting dimensions to alter text

Sorry, no solution. PTC makes the drafting worse and worse with every release. I still use Wildfire 4 when I can get away with it.
