Do you know where I can find information regarding the costs of a NACE certificate and what guidelines a factory would need to fulfill?
Short Introduction: there is a manufacture (Flange Manufacturer) that wants to relocated to the United States however we need to create a model regarding the estimated costs etc. I wasnt able to find anything regarding this online.
Not sure what this MFR does (I cant understand what you mean with " there is a manufacture (Flange Manufacturer) that wants to relocated to the United States however we need...") or makes, but if it's flanges, let him contact a NoBo to determine the anticipated cost. PED 'certificates' only 'exist' for module H (or was it H1), and those modules dont apply to flanges.
