R&S VNA port definition

Hi everyone one,
Can anyone help define what is Port1 and Port2 names in the below picture?,
because i need to select a connector that connect Port1 to an SMA female connector that is located on my PCB

They are identical, since the measurements can be S21 and S12, plus S11&S22.
I believe they have identical hardware inside them.
