ı have a question about cyclone design. ı want to gather copper from a mixture of dust. The amount of copper in dust is 11,43% and ı want to gather min. 82,5% of this copper amount. How can I design a cyclone like this? (the efficiency of cyclone must be at least 82,5%)
The capacity of cyclon should be 80.000 Nm3 / h
Average inflow velocity = 12,57 m / sec
Particule density = 4,28 gr / cm3
Bulk density = 0,3-0,5 gr / cm3
Could anyone help me?
