Help Needed With New Food Accessory Product

(OP)
Hi everyone, my name is Scott and I wasn't quite sure where to look or turn too to find someone who could help me with my project. I am looking for an food/design engineer who could help me with taking my edible baked goods accessory product to the next level. I have come up with a product and while I can make very small batches of working edible prototypes, I need to get someone with the experience and knowhow to further this project along. Particularly with the designing/engineering aspect of both fine tuning and making my edible product ready to be mass produced.

I do have a patent on the item, but am seeking someone or the right group who can help me take it to the next level. The product is a new twist on an old idea. If it sounds as though this would appeal to you, It would be good if we could talk a bit to see if there may be a fit to make this into something great.
