ASME Plant Inspection Training and Certification

(OP)
In the UK there are courses offered as ASME Plant Inspector" in levels 1 -3. An excerpt from the training companies flyers reads,
"and ASME certificate costs are included in the course fee.

Looking through the ASME website and course lists for North America I cannot find this course listed.

Does anyone working in North America know of this course, if it not listed on the ASME site could it still be an ASME certified course? and if I end up in say Canada, is this "certification" sought after?

Thanks kindly.

The National Board Commissions are

The National Board has 2 types of National Board Commissions, They have a In-Service commission (IS) for in service inspections of existing equipment. they also have a new construction Commission (AI) for new construction at a ASME certificate holders shop or field site. The class for the AI new construction commission is only given by the National Board. A class is given by Ivy Tech college, the class is for the IS in service commission, after you take the class you schedule the exam with one of the test centers around the country.
