System Design Factor f2 For SUS, OPE and HYDRO Cases in UKOOA

What system design factor f2 should be used for SUS, OPE and HYDRO cases in analysis of buried FRP pipeline as per UKOOA? I remember previously it was recommendation to run 3 separate cases with values as per attachment (0.67 for SUS, 0.83 for OPE and 0.89 for HYDRO)
Now I cannot find same in the latest version of CII 2017 for UKOOA. HELP mentions only one value 0.67 (see attached file).
At the same time all 3 above values are provided in recommendations for ISO-14692, they are just called “Part Factor” (abstract from HELP in attached file)
Could you please shed some light on this discrepancy and advise on what f2 in fact should be used for UKOOA cases?
