Hi friends, I am using ansys lsdyna 15.0 in my laptop for simulation of hot forging of aluminium. while solving the run got terminated with the error showing
Error 70021 (OTH+21)
Memory is set 1733890 words short
memory size 20000000
Increase the memory size by one of the following
where #### is the number of words requested:
1) On the command line set - memory=####
2) In the input file define memory with *KEYWORD
i.e., *KEYWORD #### or *KEYWORD memory=####
i also tried one reply in this thread by DREJ
lsdynasolvername.exe i=inputdeck.k memory=20000000
BUT is showing input error occured missing seperater
please help me im in the middle of my project work

You need to increase system memory for LSDYNA run

Change to 40000000, I've always found this to be an iterative approach (no real correlation to actual system memory).

You can do it either way as you mentioned in your original post
