Dear sir,

Myself, Prasad Rode, B.E. Production, having more than 5 years of experiences in welding.
I want to know is there any National level certification course in INDIA, ( like AWS i.e. from american society), which provide and approve the welding inspector on national level.

Pls guide me.

I believe IIW also 'works' in India; http://www.iiwindia.com/international_welding_qual...
IIW provides certificvations that are the international equivalent of CSWIP (and claims they're more detailed/difficult), but currently it's not that well know worldwide
IIW is widely accepted in Europe.

Depending on the level of expertise, you have IWI-C, IWI-S and IWI-B:
C = Comprehensive (most detailed/difficult course)
S = Standard
B = Basic (least detailed/difficult)
