I am a beginner with storm water analysis and detention pond/culvert design. My company uses Intelisolve Hydraflow software and it seems to be a good program, but I am looking for some training with respect to the basics for pond design, peak flow calcs, TR-55 vs. Rational, etc.. Anyone taken any courses that they recommend to learn this type of info.

ASCE has a seminar called Hydrologic and Hydraulic Design of Culverts. It provides a great course for most of what it sounds like you need.
