Autodesk Advanced Support

Autodesk Advanced Support

Autodesk Advanced Support

2 Autodesk questions:
1) Is Autodesk's Advanced Support worth the cost? Appears to primarily get you access to 1 on 1 phone support & remote desktop support.
2) Experience/recommendations purchasing through reseller (I've looked at CDW and they're slightly cheaper than purchasing direct)vs direct from Autodesk Store?

I'm planning to purchase the AEC collection for my small structural firm (sole prop.) and am inclined to purchase the advanced support for at least my first year or two given my lack of experience (being a far cry from a power Revit; experience with previous firm was limited to coordination navigation, basic edits, & basic modeling with my previous firm). However, if the 'extra' support is not very useful for solutions, I'll save the money (to put towards RISA :-/) and scour youtube or other resources to troubleshoot challenges.

Any comments/recommendations much appreciated! ...first time post here so apologies if i got anything wrong with formatting or placement with my first go at it
