HEC-HMS time series data manager

I got some issues in entering time series data to HEC-HMS. The start date,Time and End date,time of the observed flood event was 01Jan2000, 00:00 and 05Jan2000, 00:00 as shown in the attachment. However it was appeared as 01Jan2000,00:30 - 05Jan2000,00:30 in the top left time bar with 1/2 hr time difference to observed flood event. The same error was noticed in the Table tab of component window with 1/2 hr time difference.

which version of HMS? I am using the newest version and do not have such an issue.

Its HEC-HMS 4.0 version

Installed the 4.1 version. But the problem remains same.
