The Diesel Effect and Blow Molding...Prevention?
(OP)
How do you prevent the Diesel Effect in Blow Molding?
Using compressed air and blow molding using a thermoplastic.
How do you prevent contaminates in the lines and in the mold from combusting?
The pressure is set at 150psi, this is below the flash point of the thermoplastic. Temperature of the material is around 425F.
