Hi, i'm trying to get the value of the loss fraction of vp for a type of elbow using flow simulation solidworks, for this first got pressure drops in straight pipelines to diameters of 6, 10 and 12 inches using formulas and method of ACGIH, then perform the simulation in solidworks for the same number of case studies in the attached image results are observed, the static pressure and the pressure velocity are very similar values for the simulation and formulas, my problem is that the pressure Total values are very different between the simulation and tables, maybe it is an error of interpretation of results, could someone help me solve this problem?
