I have previously wet stamped drawings and scanned them in as PDFs. I can't find a rule that addresses this case specifically (looking at Tennessee rules).
My question is; Can edits to the PDF be made including revision number and date with those edits, while leaving my original stamp with hand signature and date across it on the PDF? Or should the revisions be made (in PDF or CAD), then reprinted and signed and sealed again with new date, then scanned back in as PDFs?
