We're working on an application where we must provide a secondary means of fastening for an acrylic aircraft window to the fuselage. We are evaluating ABS Christmas tree fasteners. However, the acrilic-ABS bond has been unsatisfactory and shear strength awful. We don't want to drill the acrylic because it will compromise integrity.
 1. We're looking for a fastener manufacturer because we need a 1" dia flat head which would be bonded to the inner surface of the acrylic similar to http://autobodysupplies.safeshopper.com/3/9.htm?263
2. Any ideas on an ABS-Acrylic adhesive?
