ASCE 41-13 existing concrete strength?

Would someone with a copy of ASCE 41-13 Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of Existing Buildings mind looking up the value for existing concrete strength and the section number for reference?

It's the only thing I need out of the publication, and I don't think I'll ever use ASCE 41-13 for a project since the engineering community recommends IEBC Appendix A4, so I hope someone could help me by looking up the value and section. I'd greatly appreciate it.
