Define "high" calcium content

I have an engineering colleague installing a bentonite GCL cap over a landfill, and the product indicates to avoid "high" calcium content of fill material, without specifying what qualifies as "high." Is there some conventional wisdom on what counts as "high" calcium content within the geotechnical community?
