What software do others out there use to calculate the water particle speed and acceleration for use in Morrison equations to initially model force on subsea structures? Without having to go down the full CFD route.

For linear waves I use an old fortran program called Wave, what are others using?

I am looking to backup my current method. So I'm open to suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Thanks TezzaTwo.

Two methods adopted at my work:

1) Excel spreadsheet using Airy wave theory
2) Waveloader Module within general structural analysis package FS2000, using either Airy, 5th Order Stokes or Stream Function.
