Hello, good afternoon everyone, I'm from Brazil and I'm not sure this is the place, if not apologize, please, I have a Infinity plotter 1504 and Vermillion program, well, no technical this solving my problem appears with the following error: "comm Time Out" I've only had plate and nothing to solve and not AKAD assistance is giving me assistance: /
Before it worked all normal, a few days to ca it stopped working.
I've been through this forum to ask for help of you so I have a light at the end of the tunnel, from already thank you very much.
Specification of the notebook:
- Corel 2 Duo
- 4 GB of memory
- Windows 7 32bit
- 500gb HD

It means that the program Vermillion is trying to communicate over a serial port or possibly via the USB port with the printer and can't. Maybe the printer is mis-setup, or the cable is bad, or the power between the two is messed up, or you're using a bad USB to Serial adapter, or you're trying to do this wirelessly and something is jamming the communications up.
