Dear colleagues! Thank you very much for you answers! They are very useful for me.
I've never participated in forums and don't know the rules of the behavier here. Morover, my English is not good enough.
If it is possible I'd like to adress to colleague JAE:
Please,if you have time, can you quote an example from a book or an article where the expression "strength from action" (or "from influence" etc.) are cited? In my calculation, I used it, but I was not confident in its correctness. I tried to find it in various books including ASME boiler and pressure vessel code, but in vain.
