portable fire extinguisher in air lock area

Hi All,

I am in the midst of designing fire protection for buildings. May I know is there any requirement stated that portable fire extinguisher shall not be provided in the air lock area?

Appreciate your reply.
Thank you.

RE: portable fire extinguisher in air lock area

I suggest you to raise the same question in the NFPA Code forum: http://www.eng-tips.com/threadminder.cfm?pid=184
You can red flag your post in this forum and ask the Administrator to move it to the NFPA section. You have much more chances to get responses there.
