Synchro Coding Error

Synchro Coding Error

Synchro Coding Error

(OP)
I am working on a Synchro file to evaluate the future conditions and using the following signal timing defaults based on NCDOT congestion management guidelines:

Yellow Time: 5 sec
All Red: 2 sec
Lost Time Adjusts: -2.0 sec

Vehicle Extension and Min Gap: 3.0 sec

When I am checking for coding error (Options>Coding Error Check) I am receiving the following error message "Total Lost Time is less than 3 seconds"

This error message is for right turn movements only (both shared through/right and dedicated right turn lane)

Can some one please help me identify the reason for this error?

Thanks in advance for your help.
