Well here in Australia we use SPACEGASS for grillage analysis, not sure about SAP2K.

Listen, in the book I mentioned it has details of modeling for bridge superstructure and substructure, the concept it there but implementation could be in SAP2K or other software.
I'll update you if I find anything related to SAP2K

Since our projects are government contract, I'm not able to dispose the grillage model. However, I can give you the guideline for grillage analysis using SG based on TMR (Transport and Main Roads) specification. Check out the Annexures 01 to 04 in the following link:
