SCC Cracking in Inconlel 690

I am looking at intergranular SCC in a piece of I-690, and I need some help/info with the following:

(1) Metallography to determine possible sensitization.
(2) Conditions that lead to sensitization.
(3) Resistance to concentrated caustic (NaOH) w.r.t. SCC.
