Can  anyone  help me find the adrees for the new pocketbook 'the Working shop' It contains spee formula that you can work out in your head

The most common formula for speed(RPM)is
4X cutting speed(of work material)
divided by diameter(of workpiece or cutter)
this is easily worked out mentally
