Today's email from the TX PE group reports that the decades-old yearly $200.00 tax on PE licenses is eliminated.

This will delays PE renewals as they straighten out the paperwork: Be careful of your license lap dates!

(Oh, by the way, there never was a $200.00/year renewal license fee. For lawyers. )
