Hello,
I remember reading a few posts on here about people looking for a simple program to bubble PDF documents and image files. I was in this position myself and was forced to buy InspectionXpert even though my office would not be using most of the tools available in InspectionXpert; we still had to pay full price and renew at full price each year.
Anyways, just recently I came across this website www.BubbleExpert.com and after watching their short tutorial it seems their program does exactly what we have needed from the beginning, no more and no less. Plus it is only a one time fee so my company will be saving some money right away.
I thought I'd pass this along to other people who have been in need of program like this.
