Hi everyone, Im trying to represent the figure attached here in Catia v5 r19. Ive been trying to use the generative sheetmetal design module and then I create the flat sheet (as its shown in the right part of the file) with the Wall tool.

The problem is while trying to bend 30ยบ both parts of the 2 sheets joined. Using bend from flat tool Im only able to bend one of the two pieces of the joined sheets. And if I try to bend the other too, Im getting errors or white space is generated between them - its being impossible for me to keep them together after blend, or bending both at the same time...

I really appreciate some kind of help of suggestion of how could I represent this piece....

thanks in advance!!

RE: Catia v5 Sheet metals bending

please upload 3D. maybe in this case it's better to design this part using solid method

I need to correct my explanation, I built it in its flat position using Extrusion Tool not Wall.

Waiting for ideas!! :)

PD: Im attaching what I could get, but still don't know how to bend both parts together..!

I do not think you can bend this part from flat (but I might be wrong)
