Building an Earphone speaker factory

Good morning,
I am a communications and electronics engineer. I am interested in building a speaker earphone factory for OEM Customers.
I would like to know what topics do i need to study for the design and manufacturing of the voice coil and magnets used.
What machines are needed to make the custom voice coil?
What machine is needed for assembling the speaker?
When it comes to manufacturing , What is the process of manufacturing and how can the finished product be tested ?
*What are the 6u, 9u drivers mean?
*What are the 6mm, 10mm Driver mean?
*How can i design a frequency response and implement it on a voil coil ?
*Where are the equations?
All your help is highly appreciated as i'm a beginner in such field
