ADAMS/MACHINERY cable module in a cube

i have two bodies connected with 4 cylinders and cables, in a way that the cables have a preload force when the cylinders are perpendicular to the bodies. Observing graphical force representation of ADAMS/PostProcessor, It happens that the preload force is aplied in each anchor (as expected) but only 2 of the cylinders are subjected to force, instead of the 4 cylinders used to connect the bodies, how it chould be.
i've tried everything..., someone knows what could be possibly wrong?
