dear all
please suggest me gun and coating booth system supplier for huge level horizontal powder coating plant. its should be help to prevent

1. Coating Powder consumption per M² average of microns 60µm to 80µm
2. Recycling powder consumption per kg
3. Wastage powder consumption per kg
4. Powder coated appearance quality(gloss its also depends on curing)
5. Booth cleaning time
6. Color changing time
7. Service and maintaining period

please give me your valuable suggestion in comment below.

Define your process first.
1. Understand the part conditions coming to the booth, Cross section, thickness, size, weight, length for corners
2. Define you paint prep processes (shot blast, wash, multi phase wash, phosphatize)
3. Define your paint ( melt temperature, number of colors, finish desired)
4. Define number of booths required seperate booth for different colors or prime/top coat
5. determine melt oven temperature.
6. Determine conveyor speed.
7. Determine capcity of painted parts.
8. Determine hanging cofigurations.
9. Now talk with some booth manufacturers.

You need to learn about powder coat painting.

I've never seen powder coat that thin.
I'm used to typically 5 to 15 mils.
