Traffic/Transport Engineering Graduate studies in US

(OP)
hello,

I'm student from Serbia,(south-eastern europe), currently enrolled at Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, Univeristy of Belgrade. Road Traffic Engineering.I will finish soon my undergraduate studies, and im looking for opportunity to study abroad, somewhere in US. Can anybody help me by listing some schools who offer master in transportation, since, every where I looked into, it says its civil engineering, but when I go there, its rare to find foucs areas like Traffic or Transportation engineering. I am looking for school who will suite me for further development, and by that Im looking to learn something new, not to stay on same level, since at undergraduate studies, only first year and first semester of second, was basics, like mechanic, math I&II, physics, vehicle dynamics, and rest was urban planning, public transportation, theory of traffic flow, capacity of roads, traffic mengament, ITS, and numerous others. We already passed trought advanced using of some software, like AutoCad, OmniTrans, HCS, ArcGIS, and looking this semester for basics in VISSIM.
So quuestion is where in the US is best graduate program for Traffic Engineer, to get knowlegde and have decent career?
