One of our users had I-Deas 12m4 crash for an unknown reason and when he restarted, a drawing that he was not working on at the time has lost all straight lines. I tried EO-Show and nothing was hidden. They don't appear to be background color, as when selecting they do not appear. Everything else is in the drawing, just no straight lines. Has anyone had this happen before?
Thanks,
Phill

Change your backgroud color? Did they turn black assuming the user is using a black background. Can you run your cursor over them and highlight them?

Do a complete update. ALso there is a tool call drawing medic. I think it is under file You may need to run the drawing through this. Sorry I did not see the backgroud color you mentioned. My Fault sorry.

Thanks for your prompt reply. To let you know what he found, He did the complete update and that did not work. Drawing Medic crashed the system again. I should mention that his computer was being repaired and the one I loaned him had not been used for about a year. He decided the instability was due to a three year old model file. When he created a new one, I-Deas stabilized. He then redrew the drawing and today he has his old computer back. Once again, thank you for the reply.
