Hi
I'm GIS Analyst and new in Traffic engineering. We have a project in case of traffic and travel time. we have 1500 segments with travel time and want to estimate and develope the travel time for adjacent segments ? I search in the internet but i couldn't find any good resources about this subject . Is there any resource ( book,paper, etc) about this subjcet?

Develop the FFS and start from there I would think.
