What Jurisdiction whould driving piling for Dock plateform, what code would the piling be under and what code would the structure be covered under.

I'm sorry we are will be adding a new dock at a refinery in orange Texas. We will drive in pipe pilings to water floor and tie in with structure beams.

Ask the Refinery and or the Engineer of Record. If they do not respond, then go to US DOT and the US Coast Guard (now under FEMA).
